During the Capital Markets Briefing (CMB) in Tokyo, Nexon shared updates on two new projects within the Dungeon & Fighter series.
One of the upcoming titles, Dungeon & Fighter Idle, is set to launch later this year. It aims to provide a casual and user-friendly experience, attracting both new players and existing fans of the franchise.
The second project, Dungeon & Fighter Classic, is a revival of the 2009 version. While keeping the original action-packed gameplay, it will feature updated visuals and user interface, with a planned release in 2027.
CEO Junghun Lee discussed the strategy for the Dungeon & Fighter series, emphasizing the expansion across PC, console, and mobile platforms. The goal is to introduce a variety of gameplay styles to attract a global audience while maintaining the core fanbase.
Apart from the Dungeon & Fighter projects, Nexon also announced six additional titles during the CMB, including Project OVERKILL, Dungeon & Fighter: Arad, Vindictus: Defying Fate, and the new IP NAKWON. The company aims to diversify its portfolio and reach a broader market with these upcoming releases.
