This guide offers a detailed overview of the VCT EMEA schedule, the teams involved, the qualifying process, and the official broadcast platforms for viewers worldwide.
VCT 2026: EMEA Stage 1 dates and venue
The VCT 2026 EMEA Stage 1 will run from April 1 to May 10, 2026. The tournament format remains unchanged from the previous season, featuring a group stage in the regular season followed by a playoff bracket.

VCT 2026: EMEA Stage 1 format, schedule, and Masters Qualification
The tournament is structured in two stages to determine the regional champions and international representatives.
-
Group Stage (April 1 – May 1). The 12 teams are split into two groups, Alpha and Omega. All matches follow a best-of-three (Bo3) format. After five weeks of competition, the top four teams from each group move on to the playoffs, while the bottom two are eliminated.
-
Playoffs (May 7-17). The eight qualifying teams will compete in a double-elimination bracket. Most matches will remain Bo3, but the lower bracket final and the grand final will be played in a best-of-five (Bo5) format.
-
Masters London qualification. The top three teams from the Stage 1 playoffs secure direct qualification for Valorant Masters London, the first international event of the 2026 season. Performance in Stage 1 also grants VCT Championship Points, necessary for entry into the year-end Champions tournament in Shanghai.
