NEXUS and Playwith Korea have officially announced the global release of Seal M on CROSS, a mobile MMORPG developed on the CROSS on-chain gaming platform, set to launch on March 19th.

As per the announcement, the game fully integrates with the CROSS on-chain platform ecosystem, allowing in-game actions to interact with blockchain-based systems aimed at enhancing gameplay experience through additional value creation.

Seal M on CROSS is inspired by the popular MMORPG Seal Online. The mobile adaptation retains the original game’s charming cartoon graphics and combo-oriented combat system while introducing new elements linked to the CROSS ecosystem.

‘Journey’s and Invitation’ event revealed

To coincide with the launch, NEXUS and Playwith Korea unveiled a new initiative named ‘Journey’s and Invitation’, which will be held in selected regions.

The event is designed to facilitate existing Seal M players in transitioning to the new on-chain ecosystem while maintaining their progress achieved through gameplay.

Participants in the event will earn points based on their in-game activities, which can be utilized in Seal M on CROSS to acquire items supporting their advancement, such as pets and costume summon tickets.

The initiative aims to bridge existing player engagement with the new platform’s functionalities, fostering continuity between the original mobile game and the upcoming blockchain-integrated version.

Pre-registrations surpass 1.5m

Ahead of its global debut, Seal M on CROSS has already amassed over 1.5 million pre-registrations, as per the official statement.

Further details about the game and its upcoming launch can be found on its official website and social media platforms, including its presence on X (formerly Twitter).

The forthcoming launch signals another advancement in the evolution of blockchain-driven games, as developers increasingly explore systems that intertwine gameplay progression with digital asset ecosystems.
