Before the official release, gamers are invited by the publisher to Xperion for an exclusive event. Attendees can expect exciting PC multiplayer matches, campaign gameplay, the introduction of the new DMZ mode, and the chance to receive limited-edition goodie bags.
Activision has revealed a special community gathering for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 at Xperion Hamburg on Saturday, October 17, 2026.
Starting at 11 a.m., participants will have the opportunity to play the latest game in the series in multiplayer mode on PC, explore the event area, and engage in various side activities.
Exclusive Preview, New Mode Showcase, and Hands-On Experience
The main event, along with a live stream, will take place from 2:00 PM until around 8:00 PM. Attendees can look forward to a sneak peek at selected campaign gameplay, an introduction to the new DMZ extraction mode, and a 6v6 multiplayer competition featuring popular content creators.
A limited number of tickets are now available through this link. Please note that entry is restricted to individuals aged 18 and above with a valid photo ID.
“Operation Hajin focuses on the community: 24 dedicated PC gaming stations will allow visitors to test out the movement, gunplay, modes, and performance of Modern Warfare 4 in the beta version,” the announcement explains. “Hands-on gameplay will be offered based on availability.”
Korea Alley, Creator Discussions, and Early Access Information
Moreover, a Korea-themed Alley area will be open for exploration. Attendees can take part in Extraction challenges, visit the photo booth, meet content creators, and have the chance to win prizes. Activision also mentions: “The event will provide insights into the Modern Warfare 4 storyline, along with Creator Talks, gameplay previews, and exclusive goodie bags while supplies last.”
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 is set to launch on October 23, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, PC via Steam and Battle.net, and the Nintendo Switch 2. Players who pre-order the Standard Digital Edition or Vault Edition can start playing the campaign from October 16 onwards.
