The Esports Foundation has initiated a creator program for the upcoming 2026 Esports World Cup and Esports Nations Cup, offering rewards worth up to $2 million.

Approved creators will have the opportunity to rebroadcast selected tournaments from both events on their personal channels. Platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, Bilibili, Huya, and CHZZK are supported, with more platforms in the pipeline.

Content Creators Play a Vital Role in Esports World Cup Broadcasts

Approximately 3,500 creators live-streamed the 2025 Esports World Cup, and the foundation aims to increase this number to around 5,000 for the 2026 edition. This expansion is geared towards reaching audiences in different regions and languages beyond the official broadcast coverage.

Participants will navigate through a mission-and-leaderboard system to unlock various rewards. These rewards include gift cards, gaming hardware, streaming-platform perks, and invitations to attend the events in person. While the payment structure per creator has not been disclosed, the $2 million figure represents the total reward pool rather than individual payouts.

The 2026 Esports World Cup is set to take place from July 6 to August 23 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, marking the first time the event is held outside Riyadh. Following this, the Esports Nations Cup, a competition based on national teams, is scheduled for Riyadh in November.

This creator program follows the foundation’s 2026 Club Partner Program, which provides $1 million in funding to each participating team.

Applications for the program can be submitted through the Esports World Cup’s official website.
