The highly anticipated anime-style game ‘ANANTA’ from Naked Rain Studio has finally received an official release date of January 15 next year, as confirmed by NetEase during Gamescom’s Opening Night Live.
With the game set to launch in Korea alongside its global service, media representatives from various countries gathered at Gamescom in Germany to get a sneak peek and play the game ahead of time.
During the hands-on demo at the event, players were introduced to Nova City, a bustling metropolis filled with skyscrapers that serves as a central location for showcasing ANANTA’s gameplay and marketing.
Although the playable segment showcased at Gamescom was similar to previous demos, players were still able to experience the story and exploration aspects separately within Nova City, with a focus on combat featuring the protagonist, Captain.

The exploration mode allowed players to delve into the open-world environment of ANANTA, with the demo moving on to showcase the city of Chongxiao, offering a contrasting atmosphere to Nova City with its eco-friendly setting.

Overall, ANANTA impresses with its vibrant visuals and attention to detail, creating a cohesive and visually appealing world for players to explore. With different cities and environments to discover, the game promises a diverse and engaging experience for fans of anime-style games.
