LCK 2026 Road to MSI Round 3 viewership

Hanwha Life Esports and T1’s clash for the first direct spot to the Mid-Season Invitational 2026 reached 1.29 million Peak Viewers (PV). HLE emerged as the victor in a fairly straightforward encounter, clinching the last two games easily after Lee “Faker” Sang-hyeok & Co had to come back from a game down early on.
Hanwha Life Esports also sealed the lone slot from the LoL Champions Korea at the Esports World Cup 2026. The League of Legends event at this multi-disciplinary spectacle will bring together the 16 best sides from across the globe to Paris as they battle for a prize pool of $2 million.

T1 has already made it to the EWC 2026 after winning the Korea Qualifier. With the qualifiers runner-up, Hanwha Life Esports, also through, the next slot goes to Dplus KIA, despite the side losing to KT Rolster in Round 2 of the Road to MSI.

Compared to the LCK 2025 Road to MSI, the 2026 edition has yet to match the peak concurrent viewership numbers. However, there’s still the final round to go that will decide the second qualifier from Korea to the MSI 2026, and that game could reach nearly 2 million PV if the conditions are right, i.e., T1 and Gen.G face off.
Nevertheless, the LCK 2026 Road to MSI is now the fourth-most popular LoL competition so far this year. Only the First Stand 2026 and the two other LCK events are above it, but it could finish as the first to surpass 2 million PV over the weekend.
