The inaugural season of the series’ new two-split yearly format reportedly attracted 1,224,169 registered players, setting a new benchmark for PUBG Mobile esports.
The achievement adds to PUBG Mobile’s growing list of Guinness World Records. Earlier in January 2026, the game set a record for the most pairs performing a choreographed handshake across multiple venues, with players from Egypt, Turkey, Indonesia, and Pakistan taking part in the milestone.
