The Mobile, Esports and Gaming Alliance (MEGA) has officially announced the elevation of long-standing show producer Morgan Tremaine to a key role within its senior leadership team. In his new position as Executive Producer, Tremaine will be responsible for managing relationships with publishers, commercial partners, and strategic allies across all of MEGA’s events. Additionally, he will play a vital role in supporting the agency side of MEGA’s operations.
Tremaine has been involved in producing the Esports Awards since 2023 and has previously worked as a Creative Producer for Esports Engine. With a background that includes experience in mainstream media working with companies like Sinclair Broadcast Group and TMZ, he is also the CEO of broadcast rundown software company Cuer.
This promotion aligns with MEGA’s vision for its future growth trajectory, as stated in an official release.
Co-Founder of MEGA, Michael Ashford, expressed confidence in Tremaine’s abilities, stating, “Morgan has played a crucial role in the production of our flagship Esports Awards show. MEGA, in addition to organizing the Esports Awards and the Decade Awards, also hosted The Mobile Gaming Awards (Mobies) in 2024, where Samsung Galaxy served as the presenting sponsor.
In 2024, The Esports Awards announced a three-year partnership agreement with the Esports World Cup to host its show in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
