Each session will be led by a subject matter expert and a dedicated facilitator to ensure productive discussions that yield valuable insights for all participants.

This year’s agenda will center around People and Workplaces, addressing current challenges and future strategies for cultivating successful gaming environments in a rapidly evolving industry.

The morning sessions will cover:

  • Preparing Your People Strategy for AI – Exploring the impact of AI on the workforce and the necessary skills, recruitment strategies, and communication needed to navigate this evolving landscape.
  • AI in Employment Relations – Delving into the implications of AI in the workplace and offering practical advice on how to manage potential risks.
  • Managing neurodiversity in the workplace – Discussing best practices for supporting neurodiverse employees and fostering an inclusive work environment.
  • Beyond Resilience: Supervision for HR Leaders – Providing guidance on creating a supportive space for HR professionals to enhance their leadership skills and decision-making abilities.

Following the morning sessions, we will hear from our keynote speakers Sasi Venables of the HR Confidence Club and industry veteran Niki Head.
