Optimal HDR Settings for The Witcher 3 Remastered
- Max Brightness: Adjust the maximum brightness to match your display’s calibration and peak capability, typically ranging from 800 to 1200. Prevent highlights from getting blown out by ensuring this setting aligns with your monitor or TV.
- Paper White: Set the base brightness for non-luminescent elements in the game, such as terrain and UI, to around 150 to 200. Strike a balance where objects appear natural and grounded, accounting for ambient lighting in your gaming environment.
- Saturation: Maintain the default color intensity to preserve the game’s art direction. Avoid oversaturating the visuals, as it can diminish the gritty atmosphere of the world, especially in areas like Velen.
