JugaMax and Oddin.gg have teamed up to introduce esports betting in Paraguay.

Paraguay recently opened up its gambling market, moving away from a previous monopoly system. This shift has allowed private companies like JugaMax to launch online casino and sports betting platforms.

Oddin, a leading provider of esports betting solutions in various Latin American countries, aims to expand its presence in esports through this partnership.

Juana Bischoff, senior business development manager for LATAM at Oddin.gg, expressed excitement about the collaboration, noting JugaMax’s strong position in Paraguay’s gaming market and its dedicated approach to esports.

Following its licensing in Maryland earlier this year, Oddin has now expanded its reach to Paraguay through this new partnership with JugaMax.

With a diverse portfolio of betting partners including Bally’s, Betway, Stake, theScore, and Betsson, Oddin’s reputation in esports betting played a key role in securing this collaboration.

Pablo Bergesio, president of JugaMax, highlighted Oddin.gg’s technological capabilities, data depth, and real-time experiences delivery as key factors in forming this strategic partnership.

Latin America has seen a surge in regulated gambling markets, with Brazil and Peru joining countries like Mexico and Colombia in this initiative. Oddin’s presence in these markets underscores its commitment to providing esports betting solutions across the region.

Companies like Kalshi and Forkast are also eyeing Latin America for expansion, with Kalshi partnering with XP International in Brazil and Forkast focusing on growth opportunities in the region.

Chris Gonsalves, CEO of Forkast, emphasized the untapped potential of Latin America as a growing market for prediction platforms, noting the company’s strategic presence in key countries like Brazil and Argentina.
