Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show 2026 has recently announced the addition of four more pavilions, bringing the total to 20 from 12 different markets spanning Asia, Europe, and North America.

The newly introduced pavilions include Indonesia (Ministry of Creative Economy), Japan (JETRO), Malaysia (Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation), and the US (US Embassy Bangkok).

These new additions will join the existing pavilions from Austria, Germany, the Philippines, South Korea, Spain, and the host country Thailand.

South Korea is set to bring six delegations, led by KOCCA and regional agencies from Busan, Daejeon, and Jeonnam. Other delegations will also be coming from Japan (CANTEEN and MIXI Global Investments), China (Gamirror Games), and Taiwan (Taipei Computer Association).

This year’s Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show will feature exhibitors from 29 countries and regions, making it the most diverse lineup in the show’s history.

“National pavilions are supported when there is a strong business case. For the German games industry, Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show fits that criteria perfectly,” stated Game managing director Felix Falk.

“This event serves as a meeting point where East meets West in the world of games. It provides Asian developers with a direct path to international partners and offers Western studios access to some of the fastest-growing games markets globally.”

Kittipong Prucksa-aroon, president of the Thai Games Association, expressed anticipation for the event, highlighting the unity it brings to the region through major ASEAN country pavilions from Indonesia, Malaysia, and the Philippines.

“Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show has become the central hub for Southeast Asia’s gaming industry. It is a unique platform where the leading games markets in Southeast Asia converge, alongside major gaming nations from around the world,” said Prucksa-aroon.

He concluded by emphasizing Bangkok as the premier destination for developers, publishers, investors, and players to witness the future direction of the Southeast Asian gaming scene.

The event is scheduled to take place from October 29 to November 1 at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Centre (QSNCC).

The lineup of exhibitors at Gamescom Asia x Thailand Game Show includes renowned names such as Capcom, Bandai Namco, The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, and PlayStation represented by their partners.

Other exhibitors joining the event are 4Divinity, Elementa, Gryphline, Kuro Games, Razer, AMD, Lenovo, and more.

The business area will be open exclusively to games industry professionals and media from October 29 to October 30, featuring a conference with over 80 speakers from 27 countries. The keynote address will be delivered by John Romero, titled “Why We Still Make Games”.
