Lego Digital Play has completed the acquisition of Offroad Games.
The UK mobile studio, formed by former Space Ape Games employees, shared the news on LinkedIn, expressing their excitement for what lies ahead as part of Lego Digital Play.
While the financial details of the deal were not disclosed, Offroad Games did not provide any insight into its future operations under Lego Digital Play.
In a statement, Offroad expressed gratitude towards its team and supporters who stood by the studio during its spinout from Space Ape Games.
Established in March 2025, the studio has spent the last 19 months diligently crafting a game development environment focused on innovation and creativity.
“Our journey began almost two years ago, and we have dedicated ourselves to cultivating a studio that embodies the values and passion needed to pioneer the next wave of mobile games,” Offroad stated (source: PocketGamer.biz).
