The surge in interest has led to increased hiring at British Esports, with multiple venue support staff positions currently open. Additionally, a marketing executive role is available for individuals with experience in brand activation, campaign management, content, and social media, offering a salary range of £30,000 to £40,000.

Internal promotions within the organisation include Alice Whorley moving to VP of Operations, Kalam Neale becoming VP of Education, Skills and Innovation, and Zuhrah Samim transitioning to VP of People and Culture. These changes reflect the growth and expansion of British Esports.
