BGMI Masters Series Season 5 viewership statistics

The BGMI Masters Series Season 5 reached a peak of 489,477 viewers during Round 15 of the Grand Finals on Day 3, placing it among the top five most-watched BGMI tournaments by Peak Viewers. Orangutan emerged victorious in the Grand Finals, inching closer to Match Point Eligibility.

In comparison to Season 4 of the BGMI Masters Series, the number of unique broadcasting channels increased significantly, contributing to the fifth season’s viewership numbers. The event also drew attention on TikTok for the first time, with notable platform growth seen on Kick.
Kick’s share of total watch time surged from under 1% in Season 4 to over 93% in Season 5. This platform has gained prominence among Indian Battlegrounds Mobile India streamers, following 8Bit Creatives’ role as its first official creator agency partner in the country. Consequently, YouTube slipped to second place after dominating India’s livestreaming landscape for years.

Despite featuring solely Indian players and teams, BGMI Masters Series Season 5 attracted interest from viewers in Nepal. Although this audience represented a small portion of the overall viewership, engagement from TikTok creator Ansh Parajuli indicated that BGMI’s connection with the broader PUBG Mobile ecosystem continues to resonate across South Asia.
Hindi emerged as the most-watched language among viewers, accounting for 99.9% of the total watch time share and witnessing a 64.2% increase in Hours Watched from Season 4. Meanwhile, English saw a decline in watch hours share.
